How much is the cost of circ/condoms? If they begin using the condoms, like the nurse said, all the time, they may think it's because they are circumcised rather than the condom that is protecting them. The stats given by the UN is bullshit. The human race tries so hard to be smart sometimes they become stupid. What about the USA is the only practicer of MGM in the '1st world' countries, yet have the highest HIV by far?????? If they are providing food rather than money then this provides a great opportunity to protect the the HIV infected and their discordant family members using the food additives known to protect against aflatoxin exposure. This should provide protection against other immune and nutrition dependent risks to health.
